EWS has achieved a major Liverpool coup by securing the refurbishment contract
for the Lewis’s building on behalf of Merepark Construction.
This £1m+ win is the latest in a long line of Merseyside projects awarded to EWS.
These include schools for Balfour Beatty and Kier at Gateacre and Litherland
and a four-year contract with Bramall/Keepmoat to redevelop three high rise
blocks at King’s Park in Seaforth for One Vision Housing.
